This momentum is supported by the development of a fully integrated end-to-end ecosystem. Rather than relying on a single component, WIFI has designed the entire value chain—from Qualcomm-powered CPE, exclusive use of the 1.4GHz spectrum, robust backbone infrastructure, to partnerships with top-tier vendors. This full-stack integration is essential to ensure consistent connection quality and, more importantly, operational efficiency, enabling WIFI to deliver high-speed internet at highly competitive price points.

To ensure seamless execution during the scale-up phase, management appointed Andrew Teh as the new Supply Chain Director. His experience in leading digital supply chain transformation will be crucial as WIFI prepares for rapid, nationwide deployment. Andrew will oversee the distribution and installation of thousands of CPE units across Indonesia—an operational backbone needed to translate strong demand, including the 662k early FWA registrations, into active subscribers.
With proven market demand, a solid technological ecosystem, and a strengthened execution team, WIFI is well-positioned to disrupt Indonesia’s telecommunications landscape. This is a growth story supported by strong fundamentals and disciplined execution.
